Lawers is the apartment for larger families and groups. It is comfortable, well maintained and genuinely roomy, with two separate sitting rooms so people can spread out at the end of a day on the hill.
It sits on the first floor of the 18th century courtyard conversion, with central heating throughout and an entrance porch and balcony made for sitting with a cup of tea and watching the light change across the loch to Ben Lawers and the Tarmachan range.

Lounge and dining room
A comfortable seating area with a CD and radio system so you can play your own choice of music. On a chilly evening there is extra warmth from the living flame fire.
The dining table extends, so the whole party can sit down together for an unhurried evening meal.
Cosy games and TV room
The second sitting room has a woodburning stove to enjoy, and logs are provided.
There is a 42" flat screen TV receiving Freesat programmes through the Sky box, and a DVD player for the extensive DVD selection kept in the apartment — or hire films from the library in Killin.
The games table has chess, draughts, backgammon, and converts into a card table.
Kitchen
The galley kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, food processor and toaster.
There is a large selection of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. If you need extra freezer storage, that can be arranged for you.
Bedrooms
Four bedrooms: one double, one twin, one triple, and a family room with a king size bed and a single bed.
There is adequate storage and hanging space in the bedrooms and throughout the apartment for your belongings. Cots are available, along with other baby and toddler equipment — please tell us what you need when booking.
Bathroom and shower room
The bathroom has a large bath with a thermostatically controlled shower above, toilet, hand basin, illuminated mirror and an electric shaver point.
The separate shower room has a large shower cubicle with an electric shower, toilet, hand basin, illuminated mirror and an electric shaver point.
