Booking terms and house rules
The everyday rules that keep three apartments in one courtyard running happily. The commercial terms of your booking are confirmed by our booking provider when you reserve.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us or from our booking provider. The person making the booking must be over 18 and is responsible for the whole party.
Payment terms, deposits, balance dates and cancellation terms are shown during the booking process and in your confirmation.
Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated for the apartment. Please tell us in advance about any change to your party, including additional children or infants in cots.
House rules
No smoking or vaping inside the apartments. No pets. Please keep noise down after 10pm, as the apartments share a quiet courtyard and neighbours live here all year.
Park only where we have shown you: Lawers and Tarmachan guests use the car park facing the loch, and The Stables uses the space inside the courtyard without blocking garage access. See directions and parking.
Please use only the logs provided in the woodburning stove, never leave a lit stove or fire unattended, and read the fire notice in your apartment when you arrive.
Damage and lost property
Accidents happen — please tell us if something breaks so we can put it right for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for significant damage or for cleaning beyond normal use.
Access
We or a contractor may need to enter your apartment in an emergency or to carry out urgent repairs. Except in an emergency, we will always ask you first.
