We are a small family business and we keep as little information about you as we reasonably can.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the dates and party details you tell us about, and your message. We use this only to answer you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made.
Bookings. Bookings are taken through our third-party booking provider, which collects the details needed to make and pay for a reservation. That provider processes your payment information; we do not hold your card details.
Website analytics. If we use analytics, it is configured to measure aggregate visits rather than identify individuals.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Booking and financial records are kept for the period required by HMRC.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the suppliers who make this website and our bookings work — our booking provider, our website host, and our email provider — and where we are legally obliged to, for example licensing or tax authorities. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
